Arlington County understands that BRAC employment issues are a great concern to the local community. The goal of Arlington's BRAC Workforce Transition team is to support and promote business and employment opportunities in Arlington.

By working closely with business partners and other stakeholders in the workforce arena, the team is dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition for affected workers, business sectors and the community at large. BRAC-affected parties can expect to receive valuable resources and services to help them make informed choices when it comes to their employment needs and quality of work-life.

Currently, Arlington’s BRAC Workforce Transition team is hard at work in planning and developing services, tools and resources for BRAC-affected individuals who may need assistance with the following:
